Rashani Meegama, our Managing Partner, is an Attorney-at-Law with 20 years of experience at the Bar. She has practiced extensively in civil and commercial litigation at the Private Bar andgained conveyancing expertise as a Notary Public.

She has also served as a UNICEF-appointed Legal Research Consultant for the National Child Protection Authority of Sri Lanka under the Legal Department of Cyber Security.

In 2017, Rashani co-founded her first Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) company in partnership with a UK-based real estate firm, providing outsourced conveyancing services for UK property

transactions. The company has since grown to 320 employees and now operates under a new management, with her husband continuing as a board member.

Rashani’s wide-ranging experience positions her to build Riktha as a versatile and dynamic legal and business service provider that efficiently serves an international corporate client base.

She is also the Founder of The Endometriosis Support & Awareness Foundation (ESAF), Sri Lanka’s first nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about endometriosis. ESAF has been recognized internationally through its enrollment on the World Endometriosis Organizations (WEO) platform.

Rashani holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Trade from the University of Colombo.
